Our "Head, Heart & Hand Enrichment" focuses on the rhythms of the season through songs, storytelling, crafts, festivals, art, and free play

Bilingual Classes

The bilingual classes we offer at Acorn School are led by our native Spanish-speaking teacher, Ms. Pati.

These classes follow the same rhythms of our other classes, while immersing children in the Spanish language through song, storytelling and games.

Rather than formal instruction, language is experienced in a living, meaningful way, just as a child learns their first language.

Circle Times

Inspired by Waldorf education, circle time rhythms include songs, verses and stories to guide children through our weekly and seasonal themes.

Seasonal Lessons & Crafts

Handwork rooted in seasonal rhythms, where children learn through doing. This helps strengthen their fine motor skills, focus and imagination while forming a natural connection to the world around them.

Nature Walks & Free Play

Unstructured free play outdoors is where childhood comes fully alive. In nature, children move, imagine and problem-solve. This time builds confidence, resilience and a deep sense of belonging in the world around them.
