ESA Payment and Refund Policy

ESA Policy

Acorn School is an ESA vendor. As a courtesy to our members, we accept direct pay through Classwallet, as long as our policies are followed. (See below)

In order to run our small business efficiently, we require your Classwallet payment confirmation screenshot within the 24 hour allotted period from receiving your invoice email. We will charge your card on file for your upcoming class after 24 hours if we do not receive it.

This policy is in place to protect our ability to provide accurate numbers for available class spots and to have time to contact our waitlist members.

As a reminder, if your credit card is charged you still have the ability to submit your invoice to be reimbursement through ESA. (See ESA guide for more details)

Please know, that we are grateful supporters of the ESA program, and this policy allows us to utilize the program efficiently.
