What's Included with an Acorn School Membership

Welcome to Acorn School, here are all the benefits you will be able to receive from your monthly subscription:

2. One Waldorf-inspired festival
3. One planned group outing
4. Unlimited monthly access for your enrolled Acorn School children to Climbmax Rock Gym
5. Free access to Climbmax’s Homeschool Fridays event that occurs weekly (Learn more about our ClimbMax partnership)

How Our Memberships Work

We use a membership system to ensure that our current members can keep their spot in our program if they wish to continue without worrying about having to sign up again each month.

1. Memberships are charged on the 15th of each month for the following month. For example, you will pay for February classes on January 15th. This is done for curriculum planning, program costs and to make sure we can fill any spots if a member wishes to unenroll prior to the beginning of classes.
2. Please note that Acorn School is run on monthly memberships, but there is no contract. While there are no refunds for your current month, you can cancel prior to the 15th to ensure you are not charged for the following month. (see Refunds Policy for more information)

Waitlist Policy

If your desired Acorn School class is full, you will automatically be added to the waitlist.

Our waitlist is in chronological order, your spot will be held in the order it is received by paying our registration fee.

When a spot opens, our Admin team will reach out to you to inform you of an available spot for the following month (usually around the 15th of each month). You will then have 24 hours to claim your spot before we will offer it to the next person on the list.

If you miss your 24-hour window you will keep your spot in line for the next month if any spots become available.

One you confirm you would like to claim the opening, our admin team will inform you of the scheduled payment via credit card or ESA. (See ESA policy guide for more information)

If you selected a future start date, and you receive a waitlist claim email, but you are not ready to start classes, you can pass and keep your name at the top of the list for future months OR ask to be removed from the waitlist.

Membership Holds Policy

In the case where you would like to put your membership on hold but maintain a spot in class we offer the ability to ‘hold’. This means that you will still be charged a monthly rate of $75 dollars, contact our Admin team via email info@acornschoolenrichment.com

Refunds

Acorn School does not offer refunds for monthly classes once your account has been charged. For more details, please see our full Refunds Policy.
