Welcome to Acorn School, here are all the benefits you will be able to receive from your monthly subscription:
We use a membership system to ensure that our current members can keep their spot in our program if they wish to continue without worrying about having to sign up again each month.
If your desired Acorn School class is full, you will automatically be added to the waitlist.
Our waitlist is in chronological order, your spot will be held in the order it is received by paying our registration fee.
When a spot opens, our Admin team will reach out to you to inform you of an available spot for the following month (usually around the 15th of each month). You will then have 24 hours to claim your spot before we will offer it to the next person on the list.
If you miss your 24-hour window you will keep your spot in line for the next month if any spots become available.
One you confirm you would like to claim the opening, our admin team will inform you of the scheduled payment via credit card or ESA. (See ESA policy guide for more information)
If you selected a future start date, and you receive a waitlist claim email, but you are not ready to start classes, you can pass and keep your name at the top of the list for future months OR ask to be removed from the waitlist.
In the case where you would like to put your membership on hold but maintain a spot in class we offer the ability to ‘hold’. This means that you will still be charged a monthly rate of $75 dollars, contact our Admin team via email info@acornschoolenrichment.com
Acorn School does not offer refunds for monthly classes once your account has been charged. For more details, please see our full Refunds Policy.
