How to Pay Using an ESA

We accept ESA Direct Payments through Classwallet. (See Steps 1-4)

IMPORTANT NOTE: For every new sign-up, there is a $25 registration fee that must be paid via credit card, this is to ensure payment for our classes. (See our ESA policy) You may submit that credit card charge for reimbursement through ESA if you wish. (See reimbursement drop down below)

Our process for Direct ESA payments is:

  • Step 1: Pay the $25 registration fee via credit card, then log in to your account and turn off auto-renew. This ensures that your card doesn't get charged again. (View instructions below)
  • Step 2: When you receive your invoice (via email or in your membership portal) sign in to ClassWallet and submit your invoice. Search vendor name "Emilirose Nofi DBA Acorn School" in the Tutoring Services/ Accredited Individual Category. Submit the exact amounts on the invoice, there is no need for further calculations.  
  • Step 3: Screenshot your ClassWallet confirmation page and send it to us within 24 hours at info@acornschoolenrichment.com.
  • Step 4: Once we receive your screenshot, or charge your card, your child will be enrolled in our classes for the upcoming month. You will be receiving a newsletter prior to the first class. Please reach out to us if you have any further questions.

Our process for Reimbursement through ESA is:

  • To reimburse through ESA, you will follow the normal reimbursement procedure through Classwallet.
  • The attestment and teacher certification forms will be located within the member portal in the Downloads tab.
  • You can use your invoice and those forms to submit for reimbursement.

NOTE: If you do not send this within the allocated 24-hour timeframe we will charge your card on file for your monthly classes, and you can submit that for reimbursement instead of using ESA Direct Pay (View instructions below) (See ESA policy)

How to turn off Auto Renew

We allow for payment through ESA using the process detailed on this page.

However, note that when you pay the $25 sign-up fee via credit card, you are signed up for an automatic subscription that will be charged on the 15th of the month unless you turn it off. In order to pay via ESA, you must switch your subscription to manual renewal:

How to Turn off Auto-Renewal

  • Sign in to your account using the My Account page.
  • Navigate to Manage Subscription.
  • Find the subscription you want to pay for through ESA, and click "View."
  • In the main table, find the toggle button next to "Auto renew" and turn it OFF.

Where to find your PDF invoice from Acorn School

After signing up for Acorn School through our enrollment page, the PDF invoice can be found in one of two ways:

Method 1: Attached to the order confirmation email

  • After you sign up, you'll receive an email with the subject line "Your Acorn School sign-up has been received!" The PDF invoice will be attached to this email.
  • If you're using a mail app on a phone, you may have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the message to view the attachment.

Method 2: In the My Account area

  • Once you sign up and set up your password, you can log in to the My Account page.
  • Once logged in, go to Invoices on the main menu.
  • Navigate to the individual invoice you're looking for and click "Invoice."
  • The PDF will open in a new window (on computer) or tab (on phone). You can download or screenshot the invoice from there.
How to save the PDF invoice.

Once you've located your invoice, you'll have to save it:

On iPhone:

  • Press the screen button and the volume up button simultaneously to take a screenshot.

On Android:

  • Press the power button and the volume down button simultaneously to take a screenshot.

On computer:

  • Click on the attachment to open the PDF, and save it to your files.

Note: we recommend saving a copy of your invoices for your own records in addition to submitting the invoice through ClassWallet.

How to submit the invoice through ClassWallet
  • Once you've saved your invoice, login to ClassWallet.
  • Search for "Acorn School." Once you click on the name, you'll see the name "Emilirose Nofi" appear.
  • Enter the payment amount and submit the invoice.
How we receive your confirmation
  • Once you're on the ClassWallet payment confirmation page, take a screenshot and attach it in an email to info@acornschoolenrichment.com.
  • Once we receive your email, we will change your status from "On Hold" to "Completed" and you will receive a follow-up email confirming that your enrollment is complete.
