Acorn School is where learning meets the wonders of nature in a Waldorf-inspired setting.

Our carefully curated classes are designed to provide a unique and enriching experience for each child.

Hummingbirds Class: Age 4-7, English ONLY
  • Age Group: 4-7 year olds
  • When: Mondays 9:30am-12:30pm
  • Location: We meet at a nature area in Gilbert, please contact us for specific location
  • Price: $250 per child, per month with a one-time $25 sign-up fee
  • Teacher: Ms. Olivia, assisted by Ms. Emilirose
Cardinals Class: Age 4-7, English ONLY

  • Age Group: 4-7 year olds

  • When: Tuesdays 9:30am-12:30pm

  • Location: We meet at a nature area in Gilbert, please contact us for specific location

  • Price: $250 per child, per month with a one-time $25 sign-up fee

  • Teacher: Ms. Olivia, assisted by Ms. Emilirose

BlueJays Class: Age 8-12, DUAL Language (Spanish + English)
  • Age Group: 8-12 year olds
  • When: Mondays 9:30am-12:30pm
  • Location: We meet at a nature area in Gilbert, please contact us for specific location
  • Price: $300 per child, per month with a one-time $25 sign-up fee
  • Teacher: Ms. Pati
  • (You are able to have children in both our Hummingbird AND Bluejay classes since they are running simultaneously to each other)
Finches Class: Age 4-7, DUAL Language (Spanish + English)
  • Age Group: 4-7 year olds
  • When: Wednesdays 9:30am-12:30pm
  • Location: We meet at a nature area in Gilbert, please contact us for specific location
  • Price: $300 per child, per month with a one-time $25 sign-up fee
  • Teacher: Ms. Pati, assisted by Ms. Olivia
Starlings Class: Age 2-4, Dance Class
  • Age Group: 2-4 year olds
  • When: Fridays, 10:00-11:00 AM
  • Location: The Acorn School Classroom at the ClimbMax Rock Gym
  • Price: $100 per child, per month with a one-time $25 sign-up fee
  • Teacher: Ms. Kailee

Our classes are overseen by one of our owners: Emilirose, who is a certified teacher with a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood, an ESA approved tutor, and a self taught artist.

  • Emilirose creates our english Waldorf-inspired curriculum for our Hummingbird class. 
  • Pati creates our dual language (Spanish+English) Waldorf-inspired curriculum for our BlueJay and Finch classes.

Our dual language teacher, Pati, has deep roots in Waldorf Education along with Spanish being her first language she is able to integrate both languages beautifully into every aspect of her lessons.

Parent attendance and supervision are required, but there is no need to plan, prepare or facilitate anything.  Just come as you are!
